Into our world have appeared strange Digital Monsters, Digimon from a Digital World that parallels ours, after a crisis large enough to threaten the world's Security Network which has caused enough of a panic and confusion where some of the Digimon have managed to find themselves in the human world, with the children and adults who come across these creatures to figure out and piece together the mystery of what is going, before something in the shadows beats them to it.
